Cheyenne did an amazing job on my service. She’s extremely professional, thorough and attentive. She really took her time and was able to talk me through the process. She’s very kind and gentle. The entire hair removal process from beginning to end was great! I would only go to Cheyenne going forward. The spa was very clean and the room was comfy, not too hot or too cold.

I've been coming to Satori on and off for years and have always had great experiences. I just finished a few sessions today with Lana, who is great. She makes every visit as comfortable as possible while always checking in to make sure I'm not in pain or need a break. I even forgot I purchased an extra service while I was about to pay and the receptionist helped guide me. Lana was able to do it before I left ( no wait). Overall best location, experience, staff and technician.

I had such an great experience going to Satori Laser. Not only was the staff so amazing, but also my laser technician, Noemi. Noemi has done my underarms, arms and legs and I have already seen results within the first session! She is so good at what she does and I definitely recommend going to her for any laser treatments. Satori Laser is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a place who provide excellent laser services to meet your needs

Very rude front desk experience!!! Just because I came late to my appointment doesn’t make ok for the receptionist, Theresa, to wrong me and speak in a rude way. Mind you the place was empty and no customer visible waiting and she didn’t let me in and told me I have to wait 1 hour. Although my underarms session take a not even 10 minutes.According to her (Theresa), “even doctors let you wait a an hour as a consequence”; absolutely insane for the treatment I got, completely rude. Mind you I come to this location all the way from jersey City ( this day the train got stuck in Christopher street, which I told them via text message when they were confirming my appointment) and choose it above other near by locations and have been with for years. Receptionist absolutely rude and offensive; horrible experience and never thought I would experience this at Satori Laser

I highly recommend her for anyone considering laser treatments. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Overall, a top-notch experience.

I've always wanted to do laser but was afraid of it for many reasons. After a friend recommended Sayori, I decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it! Every time I go in, Svetlana is the one who does my sessions and I love how gentle and through she is. I got a Brazilian and am now down 4 sessions and can see the results already. So, highly recommend it! Another aspect of Satori is how the booking works and how flexible they are. Now, I'm considering getting more areas done, so can't wait!

I had the Best experience with Naomi! If you go there ask to get appointment with her! She is very professional and gentle, I am doing laser over 3 years and she is the first one I had no pain (especially bikini area) I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place! Thank you!
